CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

These Terms of Use(“Terms”) govern the access or use by you, an individual or company, the applications, content, products and services made available by BOTBERRY SOLUTIONS LLP, a partnership firm established in India, having its registered office at 391/5D, S.Kolathur Main Road, Chennai 600 129.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING OUR APPLICATIONS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (FROM HEREON CALLED AS SOLUTIONS)

Your access and use of our Solutions constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and BOTBERRY SOLUTIONS. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Solutions. These Terms expressly supersede prior written agreements with you.

BOTBERRY SOLUTIONS offers remote access to some of our solutions using our Cloud Servers/Services under below Terms and Conditions:

Granted only to the duration mentioned in the product. BOTBERRY SOLUTIONS may extend this service for free depending on the situations prevailing at that point in time.
User can renew their remote access upon expiry of cloud subscription with nominal subscription fee determined by the company if there is no extension of free cloud access service, and user wishes to continue accessing our Cloud service.
User may opt out of remote access upon expiry and may continue to access our solutions with local/direct access capability built in most of our solutions.
A default 2 years of free remote accesses are provided from the time of purchase of our solutions in case there is no mention about cloud service subscription and products has Cloud access support
We do not authorize any third-party or distributors to deal with any matters relating to cloud access/services extensions. We encourage you to bring to our notice on any such act and we may not be liable for any damages/claims arising out of this.

BOTBERRY SOLUTIONS may terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services thereof:

Where BOTBERRY suspects that the fair use of our Services is breached either by registering fake accounts without a valid solutions or attacks launched on our cloud services etc.,
On 30 days written notice to you, where BOTBERRY SOLUTIONS, acting reasonably, terminates these Terms or any Services/Solutions for any legitimate business, legal or regulatory reasons.

You may terminate these Terms at any time, for any reason.

MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS OF USE

We reserve the right to make changes to this Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates.
